A Week on the Norwegian Jade: Sailing to Puerto Plata, Tortola, and San Juan
We spent a week on the Norwegian Jade for a Caribbean cruise! It was our anniversary cruise, and we had a blast! We sailed out of Port Canaveral and flew in the day before. For our night in Orlando, we ventured into Universal CityWalk and had dinner at the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen. This area is quite a busy place with large crowds. In addition to the shopping and dining available in Universal CityWalk, the area also contains the entrances for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. We really enjoyed our meal while we were here! The avocado bruschetta and burgers were delicious! I also loved the steampunk theming throughout the restaurant. The next morning, we took our shuttle to the cruise port and boarded the Norwegian Jade. The boarding process is very smooth and only took about 20 minutes. Once onboard, we had a quick lunch at O'Sheehan's and explored the ship. The Norwegian Jade is a smaller cruise ship but still has a lot to offer. We lo
